We are Anna and Wayne, a couple ourselves of over 15 years and parents to two lovely children. We are a two person team ready to be your go to supporting assistants/ guides on your big day and the lead up to it.
We met through our shared interest of Latin Dance and have continued to shimmy our way through life ever since.
Annas passion for photography was born through her career in the Childcare industry where she found her ability to connect with children and families excelled. When she picked up a camera it was almost fate that family shoots would be the obvious starting point. This has developed over the years to be a specialism in session shoots, profile shots and of course events such as Weddings which have been our specialism in more recent years.
Her natural kind hearted and jovial demeanour means she is always able to get even the most shy of individuals to open up and love the camera.
Secondly.....
Wayne takes the second shoot position in photography with a different approach, being a Motorsport Engineer and Dance Teacher he has a natural ability to consider things from different perspectives, coupled with a creative and critical mindset meaning he is always thinking outside of the box to get that special shot in the moment.
Wayne is the lead Videographer for Gater Snaps and operates the Drones too, he likes to have a backup for his backup to ensure there's always a safety net for your content.
Wayne developed his passion for photo and video through his life long love for cars and spent the last ten years working alongside industry experts in photo and video production meaning he has a real eye for setup, composition and capturing the moment.
Wayne has a natural 'can do' attitude and is always up for the challenge of trying something new, whether it's light painting, long exposure or new angles and drone shots, the thrill is in the individuality of every shoot.
